At sjeezz.com, we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Not completely satisfied? We'll ensure a smooth return process. Read all about our delivery and return policies below.
1. Shipping & Delivery Time
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM are usually shipped within 1-2 business days . As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
What are the shipping costs?
The prices listed in the online store do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:
• Netherlands: €6.95 (Free shipping above €100)
• Belgium: €6.95 (Free shipping above €100)
• Other countries: Costs will be calculated at checkout.
Who will deliver my package?
Delivery will be made via PostNL mail carrier or parcel delivery person. Delivery will generally take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.
2. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You might want to return an order. Perhaps because you're not satisfied with the product, or perhaps for another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
The return conditions:
• After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
• The product must be returned undamaged, unused and (if reasonably possible) in the original packaging.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
Return exceptions:
Please note: The following products cannot be returned:
• Sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery (e.g. [insert specific product]).
• Products that are tailor-made especially for you (personalization).
3. How does returning work?
Want to return (part of) your order? Follow the steps below:
1. Register your return: Send an email to Sjeezzskiwear@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. Packaging: Pack the products well and securely (preferably in the original box).
3. Shipping: Stamp the package and take it to a service point.
• Please note: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs from your home to the online store . These costs are approximately €6.95 per package. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
4. Proof: Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

4. Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email.
• Return entire order: We will refund the full order amount including any (standard) shipping costs.
• Part of order returned: You will only receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned product (not the shipping costs).
We'll refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has been returned in good order.
5. Complaints or wrong product?
Accidentally received the wrong item or did a product arrive damaged? We apologize! In that case, please contact our customer service immediately at Sjeezzskiwear@gmail.com. We'll be happy to resolve this as quickly as possible by sending you a new one or refunding your money.
